In the first session I will try to get to know you and understand your reasons for seeking counselling. I hope you feel listened to and supported. I will introduce myself, explain the therapeutic framework, and make sure you have no doubts about it. Sometimes it is difficult to open up to a complete stranger, so I will try to create a warm and comfortable environment to work together.
