About me

Most of my patients are expats, high-achieving and highly sensitive individuals, who are self-aware, but struggle to make a lasting change in their lives. They are navigating anxiety, relational struggles (i.e., people-pleasing and boundaries), childhood trauma, burnout, and identity confusion, among others.

If this is you, I can help you not only understand your patterns, but also finally feel at peace, so you can live a more embodied, connected, and meaningful life. I work existentially and psychosmatically to help you address the root of your struggles.

Originally from Poland, I have lived and worked across multiple countries, continents, and cultures. This cross-cultural experience has laid the groundwork for the way I guide expats and those who struggle with issues of belonging, identity, and meaning.

Since 2018 I have worked in multiple international Psychology and Psychiatry clinical and research settings, specializing in cross-cultural trauma and Neurogeriatric Psychiatry. Throughout the years of personal and professional development, I have turned to increasingly more holistic and all-encompassing models of healing. Thus, in my practice I hold a perspective which includes emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being.

I work in English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian.

In my practice, I draw on the Existential analysis, Integrative and Humanistic approaches as well as on somatic modalities, such as Internal Family Systems, Somatic IFS, and Polyvagal theory.

Common themes in which my clients ask for support include:

  • overfunctioning and burnout
  • anxiety, people-pleasing and perfectionism
  • relational struggles and boundaries
  • psychosomatic issues
  • navigating life transitions
  • identity confusion and belonging
  • lack of clarity related to career direction

I believe that a safe, warm, and non-judgemental approach is at the heart of the therapeutic process and plays a very important role in the patient’s healing journey. I bring a grounded and honest presence and open-mindedness into every session. I will walk alongside you with deep care, intuition, and the utmost respect for your journey - not only as a therapist, but as a fellow human on the path.
