As someone with diverse roots, I value both emigration and embracing cultural heritage. My passion is creating safe spaces for your true self to emerge and thrive, leading you to discover your inner freedom
Born in Mexico, lived in Dallas, San Francisco, Spain and Berlin. Since age 17 I've delved into dance, yoga. and meditation, shaping my deep apreciation for holistic well-being that includes body, brain, spirituality and more. Trough my training in clinical psychology and psychosomatic therapy I foster authenticity and inner freedom through compassion and acceptance. My practice is trauma informed and I am a big advocate on this topic. Going from individual to transgenerational trauma. Moving through it with body centered practices and body awareness
I specialized in humanistic psychology and somatic psychotherapy. This means that in sessions we may include the body and bodily sensations. We can work with it through mindfulness and awareness techniques that are present-based. Especially in trauma, listening to the body gives us more possibilities for integrating and healing. My approach adapts treatment tools to each person's needs. We can even use therapeutic dance if that's something you are interested on.
