I’ve learned that healing isn’t about escaping what hurts, but turning toward it with curiosity and care. In my work, I walk beside people as we explore what resilience and well-being can look like for them.
Life is messy. Awkward. Full of surprises. That’s exactly what I care about.
I walk with people through challenges, noticing what comes up, and exploring both the hard and the joyful moments.
Curiosity, kindness, and presence guide my work. My goal is simple: help people feel seen, understood, and able to figure out what matters most to them.
I have a BA and MSc in Clinical Psychology, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with experience in work and organizational settings.
I know therapy from both sides of the room. I've spent years in therapy myself, so I know what it's like to be the one asking for help, showing up every week, and trying to make sense of things. That experience continues to shape how I show up as a therapist and the kind of space I hope to create for others.
Turkish by birth, living in Milan, I know what it’s like to navigate new cultures, fresh starts, and all the little surprises of expat life.
I pay attention to what the body needs; movement, sunlight, good food, and I genuinely value moments of being in nature, unplugging, and just letting life settle.
Humor, honesty, and lightness guide everything I do, even in the deeper moments, keeping my work human and real.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative, grounded in CBT.
I work with clients to notice patterns in thinking, emotion, and behavior, and to develop habits and strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we explore automatic thoughts, core beliefs, and behavioral responses, while honoring each person’s unique experience.
I aim to give clients the tools and insight to face life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
