About me

My work is always based on the tools I have experienced in my own journey. I’ve been through both deep hardships and real achievements.

I know what it’s like to lose the people closest to you — and how you can let go after integrating what was most essential and meaningful in the relationship.

I've been through serious illness, and know that it invites us to admit honestly, what kind of person we are, to both accept our mortality and fall in love with life.

I know childhood trauma — even after you heal it, the task becomes how not to slide back into the old state every day. And later it may return again, on a new level of the spiral — and we can use it as a hint about our next step.

I changed a profession which I gave years to (journalism), and grew another professional identity, that fits my nature better.

I was forced into sudden emigration, аnd I know that different types of immigrants can really struggle to understand each other — because the nuances matter.

I’ve experienced unrequited love and never judge those who find themselves really stuck in love addiction; I invite my clients to find in it a tool for psychological and spiritual growth — a path back to true self.

Sexual kinks can also become our keys: honesty in self-exploration can get one closer to healing trauma and lead toward personal resources and energy.

As for abusive relationships, it's clear for me that it’s not as simple as "just leave", and that it often helps to first leave the abusive relationship within yourself.

I’m learning to live with ADHD — to accept myself, and to be productive and creative in my own way.

One can feel stuck while looking successful for others, or, on the contrary, preserve inner grounding and being true to ourselves even while being physically unwell or emotionally bankrupt. So I believe that psychotherapy can offer great value in both sorrow and joy.

The issues clients often come to me with: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) treatment Negative or unclear social identity (the answer to the question "Who am I and where I belong?" Figuring out what holds you back from being your true Self and becoming "the best version of yourself" Finding inner stability in an unstable chaotic world Overcoming crises (existential, relational, emigration, identity crises) Business challenges: limiting beliefs, fears Self-actualization Burnout Communication with people from different cultures / generations / social groups Relationships with family, colleagues, or partners Family history Past traumas and their consequences

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
PsychodramaRecommended for those who want to use role-playing and dramatization to work through emotions and past experiences in a creative way.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

In my work, I integrate psychodrama, psychodynamic therapy and modern approaches to attachment theory. Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-informed therapist, aware of cross-cultural dynamics. IAGP member

On the first sessions we introduce to each other. I ask you what brought you here, and what is your background; you can also ask questions about therapy I provide. We can discuss your expectations, desired outcomes, and possible ways to work together.

  • No judgment from me about your views or beliefs, your gender, or your cultural identity.
  • I’m here to support and guide you as you figure out a complex, layered sense of who you are.
  • I believe that for many people, spiritual needs — and the need for creativity and creative self-expression — are just as important as physical ones.

Approaches in my toolkit: Psychodrama (you can "step into the role" of someone you know, act out an internal dialogue, or "hear the voice" of a symptom or illness) Psychodynamic psychotherapy (free associations, the power of verbalizing, exploring the emotions that arise in the "therapist-client" relationship) Ericksonian hypnosis (visualizations, guided meditations, search of inner resource) Mentalization-based therapy (MBT) (distinguishing between projections, fantasies, and reality)
