We all long to feel at home in our lives — to live in a way that feels real, connected, and meaningful. But sometimes, even when everything looks fine on the outside, something inside us feels off: disconnected, uncertain, stuck. Transitions, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, or a quiet sense of “this isn’t who I really am” can all become turning points — if we listen.
In my work as an existential-analytic psychologist, I offer a space where you can pause and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
We don’t just look at your “problems” — we listen to what your experience is trying to say. I support you in understanding your emotional world, untangling old patterns, and building relationships (including the one with yourself) that feel more authentic and alive.
My approach is warm, relational, and gently challenging when needed. I work with presence and precision, integrating methods from existential therapy, emotion-focused and somatic practices, trauma-informed work, and Authentic Relating communication tools.
These are the most common requests I helped people with:
- Lack of energy for everyday life, resulting in decreased efficiency, burnout
- Anxiety and high-sensitivity
- Feeling of loneliness and lack of meaning
- Relationship issues
- Consensual non-monogamous relationship support
- Divorce and breaking-up support
- Desire to feel a sense of belonging and establish meaningful connections
- Issues related to self-worth and confidence
- Crisis management and coping strategies
- Social media addiction and procrastination
Each session is a space of honesty, curiosity, and deep respect for your pace and process. There are no quick fixes — but there is real change, when we meet what’s true.
