Rooted in the mind-body connection, my holistic approach restores balance by bridging psychoanalysis, neurobiology, IFS, and cognitive sciences. I combine talk therapy with additional practices for faster, deeper change.
With a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences and a Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology, I deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection through a Master’s in Psychomotor Therapy. My journey continued as I specialized in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, completed training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and earned certifications in Holistic and Transformational Life Coaching.
My experience includes psycho-diagnostic assessments and psychological counseling in institutions such as the European Institute of Oncology and San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. In 2020, I co-founded Wind Rose, a psychological care service for expatriates, merging my commitment to supporting diversity and inclusivity with my desire to provide culturally informed care that respects and embraces their unique experiences.
My holistic approach to mental health is rooted in my belief in the profound interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Soul, and aimed at restoring balance on multiple levels. Bridging psychoanalysis, neurobiology, IFS and cognitive and behavioural sciences, I apply different theories and techniques coherently, within the context of a Polyvagal Theory-informed therapy. Combining talk therapy with other modalities (such as vagal toning practices, guided imagery and Internal Family Systems, to name a few) allows for a comprehensive treatment model and can facilitate deeper and faster changes.
I've navigated diverse landscapes, conducting psycho-diagnostic assessments and delivering psychological counseling within esteemed institutions like the European Institute of Oncology; but my calling led me to a new frontier: a private practice where transformation knows no bounds, facilitated through remote sessions that bridge distance effortlessly. Beyond my therapeutic journey, I co-founded Wind Rose, a psychological care service for expatriates, with Dr. Irene Pretoriani in 2020. This endeavor marries my intercultural curiosity with my commitment to delivering culturally informed support to those embarking on cross-cultural odysseys.
After a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology, my deep-rooted belief in the mind-body connection brought me to a Master’s in Psychomotor Therapy and Body-Mediated Techniques, where I explored the significance of the intricate interplay between the mind and the body, in facilitating profound healing and transformation. The thirst for understanding then led me to specialize in psychoanalytic psychotherapy under the umbrella of COIRAG School, and then push boundaries further completing IPI's Year-Long Training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy – a groundbreaking approach to healing that embraces innovative possibilities. Stepping into the realm of coaching, I've garnered a certification in Holistic Coaching from Ever Coach (Mindvalley), and one in Transformation Life Coaching from the Transformation Academy.
