About me

Psychologist specialized in Positive Psychology and Mindfulness teaching, working with individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, facing life challenges or transitions, and those who identify as highly sensitive persons (HSPs). Through gentle, personalized guidance grounded in principles of Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy (CBT), we’ll build your individual resilience by deepening your self-connection, developing effective coping mechanisms and committing to meaningful (sometimes very small) actions that help you find (back) your balance.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
EFT: Emotionally focused therapyRecommended for couples or individuals who want to strengthen emotional connections in relationships by exploring feelings and attachment.
MindfulnessMindfulness is the process of maintaining a purposeful moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surrounding environment.
Nonviolent communicationRecommended for those who want to improve communication and to regulate conflicts by learning how to express their feelings and needs and listening to other’s.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the noise, the lights, and the constant demands of everyday life? Do you need more downtime than others or feel deeply affected by the emotions around you? If this sounds familiar, you might be a highly sensitive person (HSP). As an HSP myself, I understand how these experiences can shape your life and all of the small nuances that can impact your well-being and bring you out of balance, that might seem insignificant to others.

Imagine a safe space just for you—no judgments, no expectations. Just a listening ear and a heart ready to understand. That’s what stepping into a psychological counseling session with me is like.

First session: ❃ initial connection, exploration of your specific challenges and (if applicable) the gifts of being highly sensitive Follow-up sessions (frequency can be adapted): ❃ we’ll delve into your unique experiences, understanding how high sensitivity impacts your life, and finding ways to navigate the world with more ease and balance Last session: ❃ progress review: you'll leave the session with greater confidence, a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs and how to show up for yourself and others during daily life without draining

As we work together, you’ll grow in confidence, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, and learn how to engage with life in a way that honors your sensitivity. This journey of self-discovery and growth will empower you to face life's challenges with a brighter, more balanced outlook. I look forward to supporting you in stepping (back) into your energy!

Please note: If during our sessions, I identify that your needs would be better served by a psychotherapist due to severe symptoms of potential mental illness, I will refer you to a suitable professional.
