I’m a 26-year-old psychologist from Athens, Greece, with an international academic background that’s shaped my diverse approach to mental health. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University Paul Valéry of Montpellier in France and then I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
During my studies I had the opportunity to learn a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including systemic and holistic approche, couples therapy and also cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I acquired knowledge and developed an understanding of addiction, personality disorders, and how to challenge the stigma surrounding mental illness. Throughout my studies, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in real-world settings. I completed an internship in Greece, working with adolescents dealing with behavioural issues, which gave me experience in managing complex emotional and developmental challenges. During my Master’s internship, I worked with children and adolescents on the autistic spectrum and behavioural problems. This experience gave me the opportunity to work closely with both young patients and their families. Alongside my studies, I have pursued additional courses to continuously expand my knowledge and refine my skills, ensuring that I stay updated on the latest advancements in psychology.
Currently based in France, I’m excited to launch my online practice, where I aim to create a safe space for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
