About me

If living in your body has felt complicated, heavy, or lonely at times, I want you to know you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate this by yourself. Hello, I’m Eugénie. And if you’re here, there’s a good chance your body has been asking a little more of you lately. Maybe you live with pain, fatigue, inflammation, hormonal changes, chronic stress, or symptoms that don’t always make sense. Maybe you’ve learned to “push through,” even when your body was quietly asking for something else. Or maybe you’re simply feeling the pull to take care of your health differently — with more intention, more kindness, and more respect for where you are right now. I’m a certified health coach, but first and foremost, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to live in a body that needs extra care. My work grew out of my own experience with pain, exhaustion, and the feeling of not being fully seen or understood in traditional healthcare spaces. For a long time, I thought I needed to try harder, do more, be stronger. What I eventually learned changed everything: the body doesn’t heal through pressure — it heals through safety, gentleness, and being listened to. That belief is at the heart of everything I do. I work with people living with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain and/or stress, and those moving through menopause or perimenopause. I also support people who want to age with strength, clarity, and vitality — not by chasing perfection, but by building a way of life that truly supports them, long-term. My approach is slow, grounded, and deeply human. I don’t believe healing is linear. I don’t believe there’s one right way forward. And I don’t believe you should have to navigate this alone. Together, we take the time to understand your body — how it responds to stress, how it communicates through symptoms, and what it truly needs to feel more supported. We explore nervous system regulation, blood sugar balance, sleep, energy, gentle movement, and daily rhythms that bring steadiness rather than overwhelm. We build small, sustainable habits that respect your limits while gently expanding what feels possible. I guide with curiosity and kindness. There’s no judgment here. No rushing. No fixing. Just a safe space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with your body — even on the days when it feels confusing or unpredictable. I also hold space for the emotional layers of healing. Living with chronic symptoms or moving through hormonal transitions can quietly, or not so quietly, affect identity, confidence, and how you see yourself. You deserve a place where your story matters, where you’re not minimized, and where all of you is welcome. Through my coaching and my podcast, I share science-informed guidance in a way that feels accessible and doable in real life — even on the hard days. My intention is always the same: to help you feel less alone in your body, and more empowered to care for it in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. To give you hope also. Outside of my work, I find grounding in simple, nourishing moments — walking in nature, cooking, learning, exploring art and culture, and being fully present with the people I love. That same spirit lives in my sessions: slowing down, breathing deeply, and creating space for what truly matters. If we work together, you can expect a compassionate, steady presence by your side. My role isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, trust your body again, and create a life that feels supportive, meaningful, and alive. Wherever you are on your health journey — managing a chronic condition, moving through menopause, seeking more vitality, or simply longing to feel better in your everyday life — you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here. And I’d be honored to walk with you.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
My therapeutic style is gentle, compassionate, and deeply collaborative. I work with clients as a partner — not an authority — creating a safe and grounding space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether someone is living with chronic disease, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, hormonal transitions, or simply wanting to age with health and vitality, my approach is rooted in presence, respect, and the belief that every person carries inner wisdom about what they truly need. I help them reconnect with their inner wisdom. I integrate a mind–body framework with evidence-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, lifestyle foundations, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). MI is central to my approach because it honours autonomy, reinforces strengths, and helps clients reconnect to their own motivation for change. Through MI, I ask open-ended questions, reflect deeply, and help clients explore ambivalence with compassion — allowing them to discover their own path forward rather than being told what to do. My sessions feel calm, spacious, and grounded. I listen closely and support clients in exploring what is happening beneath the surface — physically, emotionally, and relationally. We look at patterns: energy levels, stress triggers, sleep rhythms, blood sugar responses, hormonal changes, pain cycles, and lifestyle habits. Together, we co-create practical, sustainable strategies that fit real life, not an idealized version of it. My therapeutic style is relational and empowering. Instead of giving prescriptions or rigid protocols, I guide clients toward understanding their body’s signals, reconnecting with self-trust, and building habits that support resilience. Motivational Interviewing allows me to highlight clients’ strengths, help them identify what truly matters to them, and move toward change at a pace that feels safe and doable. I often incorporate tools such as: • nervous system regulation and stress resilience • sleep hygiene and restorative evening routines • blood sugar balance • pacing, energy management, and pain modulation • breathwork and mindfulness • gentle movement • emotional processing and mindset support • menopause and perimenopause transition support • longevity principles grounded in strength, recovery, and simplicity These approaches create a foundation for greater ease, stability, and confidence. Clients often describe our work together as soothing, validating, and empowering — like discovering that they are not broken, just needing the right kind of support. I understand that living with chronic illness, persistent pain, hormonal fluctuation, or long-term fatigue can feel overwhelming. Part of my therapeutic style includes emotional validation and making space for the full experience: grief, frustration, resilience, and hope. With MI, we honour ambivalence and explore it with curiosity, allowing meaningful change to emerge from within, not from pressure or perfection. My goal is to help clients create lives that feel sustainable, nourishing, and aligned with their values. We focus on small, consistent shifts — the kind that honour your limits while gently expanding your possibilities. Healing is a journey, not a race, and I walk beside my clients with steady encouragement, gentle accountability, and deep respect. Most importantly, I meet each person exactly where they are. Whether you are at the beginning of your healing process or navigating changes after many years, we work together in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and truly supportive.
