Is it really that hard — or is your brain just wired differently? Together, we'll speak your brain's language — and translate it into strategies you can actually use. Start with a free 20-minute call — no commitment.
Welcome! I'm Dr. Anca, a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist (OPQ) working fully online.
I help adults, children, and families make sense of what's going on beneath the surface — the patterns that feel stuck, the exhaustion behind the effort, the gap between how smart you know you are and how hard things still feel.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, burnout, or simply a sense that something's off and you can't quite name it, I offer a space that's warm, non-judgmental, and actually useful.
My approach is collaborative and grounded — we figure out how your brain works best, then build real strategies from there. I also bring sensitivity to cultural identity and transition, having lived abroad myself.
Sessions in French, English, Romanian, or Spanish.

My approach is human-centered, collaborative, and focused on empowerment. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and actively involved in their care, while translating complex neuropsychological findings into clear, concrete, and practical recommendations that can be applied in daily life.
