About me

I'm a psychologist with over 10 years of experience and love supporting people through the challenges that life throws at us. I work gently and respectfully, helping you not just feel better, but understand what’s happening and move toward real, lasting change.

In my practice, I support clients with a wide range of difficulties, including, but not limited to:

Chronic stress and burnout Anxiety and panic attacks Past trauma and PTSD Phobias Obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors Disordered eating and body image struggles

Whether you’re overwhelmed by pressure, stuck in a painful loop, or have a specific problem - therapy can help. By the way, you don’t have to “have it all figured out” before coming. We’ll begin right where you are.

I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can resolve the matter that troubles you, develop the skills to navigate life with more ease, learn to regulate your emotional responses, and explore your inner world.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and goal-oriented: we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, always with clarity about where we’re going and why.

Therapy with me isn’t about endless analysis or surface-level cheerleading. It’s about meaningful progress.

As for me, I'm someone who loves life in all its layers. I’m curious by nature and love learning something new. In my free time, you’ll find me trying new hobbies (anything from knitting to playing drums), visiting art exhibitions, enjoying countryside or exploring new areas of knowledge.

I believe in curiosity, in growth, and in the human capacity for change, even in difficult circumstances. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk beside you and support you in moving toward where you want to be.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
PsychodramaRecommended for those who want to use role-playing and dramatization to work through emotions and past experiences in a creative way.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or forcing change before you’re ready. Instead, I listen carefully, work at your pace, and help you move in the direction you want to go, gently, but with purpose.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored with honesty and care. At the same time, I keep us oriented toward your goals, be it resolution, relief, insight, resilience, or self-trust.

You bring your expertise about your life. I bring psychological knowledge, proven methods, and a warm, grounded presence.

Depending on your needs, our work might involve:

  • Understanding patterns that no longer serve you
  • Processing past trauma or difficult memories
  • Learning emotional regulation tools
  • Building new, healthier responses to stress or anxiety
  • Developing a more peaceful relationship with food and your body
  • Working through obsessive or intrusive thoughts with care and structure

I draw on research-backed approaches like various types of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, psychodrama and other methods. I adapt what I use to fit who you are and what actually helps you.
