Love and fun are the words which attract me. I think loving oneself makes is a one-size-fits-all solution to our concerns. Wondering what the hype is about self-love? Well, let's explore it together! I practice counselling psychology with experience in one on one counselling and workshops with various age groups like children, teenagers, and middle aged and older adults in various settings. My qualifications are: • Master of Science (M.Sc.) Counselling Psychology, India • Certification in Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISST), USA • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), India • Post-Graduate Diploma in Psycho-Social Well-Being Using Multi-Arts and Play, India • Training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Canada • Basic Pranic Healing Course, India Some areas I work with are: • Stress • Anxiety • Anger • Depression • Relationships • Communication • Self-esteem • Grief or loss • Productivity • Trauma • Existential themes (meaning, purpose of life) • Sleep concerns There could be apprehension or fear while talking about yourself to someone. I’m supporting you in your journey with empathy, confidentiality, and authenticity. Typically, we explore your concerns in the first session, form goals for therapy by 2nd session. The initial sessions are explorative where we see your patterns, emotions, behaviour and delve into childhood to whatever extent needed. Gradually through mind-body work, mindfulness and CBT, we explore healthy ways of coping and restructuring our patterns. Throughout the journey, art modalities of painting, dancing, writing, singing, etc can be incorporated based on your preference. There can be homework in between the session for you to explore your thoughts and emotions incorporate skills learnt in therapy. Therapy with me may not be a quick fix and it’s a journey for achieving our mind-body potential. I empower people to be their best selves.
