About me
I originally trained as an industrial engineer and gained diverse experience in corporate environments, management consulting, and start-ups. About five years ago, I expanded my professional horizon to include psychology and specialized in working with internal parts (IFS). This approach can be particularly helpful in:
- managing stress more effectively
- reducing anger, frustration, and negativity
- understanding and resolving distressing behavioral patterns
- growing through crises and developing compassion for oneself and others
