I offer Gestalt-based, emotion-focused process work for people who wish to pursue personal growth. The focus is on conscious engagement: a space where inner tensions, recurring patterns, and unresolved questions can be honestly explored. The goal is greater self-awareness, inner clarity, and a harmonious personal direction.
My professional journey began in information technology and later led me into human resources consulting. There, for many years, I supported professionals and executives through career transition processes. During this time, I became increasingly aware that external decisions are often driven by deeper inner issues—questions of identity, belonging, and personal coherence.
This desire to support people on a deeper level led me to Gestalt therapy. I completed a comprehensive training program with Rainer Pieritz at the Institut für Konfliktmanagement und Lebensgestaltung in Munich, Germany. In addition, I deepened my work in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) with Christine Weiß and Hendrik Weiß at the EFT-Ausbildungszentrum in Hanover, Germany.
Both approaches shape my work today: experience-oriented, relationship-focused, and grounded in a clear, present attitude. I see myself as a professional partner in a development process—offering attention, experience, and respect for each person’s unique path.
My work is Gestalt-based and emotion-focused. This means that we don’t just talk about issues, but also incorporate the present experience—thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and whatever arises in the moment.
I do not work with predetermined solutions or quick fixes. Instead, I support clients in better understanding their own inner connections. Often, this involves recognizing recurring patterns, becoming aware of inner tensions, and gradually gaining clarity.
In my view, change does not arise from pressure, but from awareness. When people perceive themselves in a more nuanced way, the next appropriate step often emerges from within.
I see myself as a present, professional counterpart—structured, attentive, and respectful of each person’s individual pace and unique path.
In my private practice, I work with individual clients using Gestalt therapy and emotion-focused methods for couples. The focus is on personal development processes, resolving inner tensions, and consciously recognizing and changing recurring patterns. My approach is experience- and process-oriented, incorporating not only conversation but also the immediate emotional experience. The goal is to deepen self-awareness, gain inner clarity, and develop meaningful next steps.
I am increasingly expanding my services to include self-awareness workshops and group training. The aim here is to make developmental processes tangible within interpersonal contexts and to facilitate learning through shared experiences.
Previously, I worked for many years as a personnel consultant for IT specialists and executives. I supported people during phases of professional change, conducted in-depth conversations, and analyzed complex decision-making situations. My professional career began in information technology. My studies and practical experience continue to shape my analytical thinking and structured approach to work.
My professional foundation is built on several years of training as a Dynamic Gestalt Coach based on Gestalt therapy at the Institut für Konfliktmanagement und Lebensgestaltung in Munich, Germany, under Dipl.-Psych. Rainer Pieritz. The focus was on awareness, connection, and working in the here and now. The training combined sound theory, intensive self-exploration, and practical process work, and shaped my approach to providing present, dialogic support.
I subsequently completed training in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) with Christine Weiß and Hendrik Weiß at the EFT-Ausbildungszentrum in Hanover, Germany. This approach deepened my understanding of emotions, attachment patterns, and the dynamics of change processes—both in couples and individual work.
In 2021, I deepened my personal self-awareness through the “Hero’s Journey,” based on the concepts of Joseph Campbell and Paul Rebillot. In 2020, I participated in the 8-day intensive workshop “Radical Honesty,” which had a lasting impact on my exploration of authenticity and direct self-expression.
I originally come from a background in computer science. My studies and early professional experience continue to shape my analytical thinking and structured approach to this day.
