With a Master´s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy and trained in Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Co-Active Coaching, I work with individuals, couples, and groups to foster clarity, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.

We Build a Foundation of Understanding & Compassion Our first step is to create a safe, non-judgmental space. I believe one can build lasting change only on an foundation of self-acceptance. We'll use the warmth and evidence-based techniques of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you develop a kinder, wiser, and more supportive relationship with yourself. From this compassionate base, we'll gently explore the "why" behind your challenges. Using principles from Schema Therapy, we will work to identify the deep-rooted, life-long patterns ("schemas") that may be keeping you stuck—in your relationships, your career, or your self-perception.
