I am a psychologist (Master of Science), mental fitness coach (University of Salzburg, Positive Intelligence) & mindfulness meditation teacher (Greater Good Science Center at University of California, Berkeley), globetrotter, facilitator and sustainability advocate. I currently live part time in the US and part time in Germany and therefore am working with both German and English speaking clients.
What Will You Do With Your One Wild and Precious Life? I have asked myself this question again and again and have found my answer right here: To support people from all over the world in finding their own personal path and to honor their uniqueness, with all their needs, wants and dreams.
In my work I see these patterns again and again: limiting beliefs about what is possible, the loss of power that comes with it, lack of meaning and inspiration, a sense of languishing and being stuck in old patterns and fears...
When I learned to step into my own power and use it in life-affirming, impact-creating ways, it was like a waking up, truly becoming alive.
I feel a strong calling to enable other people wake up to their own power and purpose as well. I believe this is our next evolutionary leap as individuals and as a species towards true well-being, authenticity and fulfilment.
I am a trained psychologist, mindfulness meditation teacher and mental fitness coach from Germany who lived and worked abroad many times. I still partially live in the US and in Europe, so I know the challenges that come from being an expat. This taught me I need a more stable, general approach to life and work that grounds me and my clients wherever we are. Therefore my approach is working at the root cause instead of the symptoms by training the mind in a way that weakens limiting thought and behavioral patterns and strengthens our sage regions so we have more capacity, creativity and well-being. I also work in a very human- client-centered way, that is completely tailored to the person I have in front of me. I support people from all over the world in finding their own personal path to well-being, honoring their uniqueness, with all their needs, fears and dreams.
