About me

I am Kavyashree, an experienced psychologist with a diverse background in both clinical and corporate settings. With over 10 years of experience in the field of psychology, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups to help them overcome a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I am trained in both second-wave and third-wave therapies, including advanced mindfulness-based approaches, and have also gained experience working in de-addiction and rehabilitation centers for individuals with intellectual disabilities. I began my career in a clinical setting, supporting patients dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Over time, I became known for my compassionate and personalized approach, helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting progress. This experience opened doors for me to work as a consultant psychologist with multinational companies, where I applied my expertise to improve workplace culture, enhance employee retention, and boost productivity. I have also conducted training sessions on topics such as time management, stress management, and workplace motivation. In addition to my psychology background, I have trained in yoga for over two years, exploring various styles, meditation & mindfulness techniques that I integrate into my coaching sessions for more effective outcomes. I am also a skilled orator and motivational speaker, having led numerous workshops in schools and universities. Overall, I consider myself a multifaceted professional with expertise in psychology, organizational development, yoga, and motivational speaking, dedicated to helping individuals achieve both personal and professional success.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
BreathworkRecommended for those who want to use breathing techniques to relax, release tension, and gain more control over their emotions.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
My approach to working with clients is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique life experience. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and concerns. A key part of my work is helping clients build awareness of their own behavior patterns and personality, understanding not just what they are experiencing, but why they respond the way they do. I believe that this self-awareness is the first and most important step toward meaningful and lasting change. Rather than only addressing surface level symptoms, I work with clients to explore the root causes of their challenges, often going as deep as early life experiences and childhood influences. Many of our present patterns are shaped by past conditioning, and by gently uncovering these connections, clients are able to gain clarity and shift longstanding patterns. I integrate evidence based approaches from cognitive, behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies to support both insight and emotional regulation, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves while also learning how to respond differently in the present. My work is practical, goal oriented, and focused on sustainable change rather than quick fixes. I collaborate with clients to develop strategies that they can realistically apply in their daily lives, ensuring that progress continues beyond the sessions. By combining insight with actionable tools such as behavioral techniques, stress management practices, and mind-body methods like breathing, yoga, and meditation. I aim to empower clients to build resilience, make conscious choices, and create long-term improvements in their personal and professional lives.
