My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalysis, seeking to understand through the expression of language, the nature of your conflicts and symptoms. Based on this understanding, I am here to help you to deal with your current issues, exploring your thoughts, desires and emotions, in order to strengthen your autonomy in life and to build healthier and meaningful ways of living.
I aim to provide a safe space where you can feel securely held and supported to express yourself in the richness of your life history and diversity.
Before we start the psychotherapy, we will schedule a 20-30 min free welcome call/initial interview to understand what brought you here and to decide if we can start this process together. Along this call, you can feel free to ask me anything regarding to the therapeutic process and share your feelings and/or expectations. Having done that, we can establish what works best for you, such as the frequency of the sessions, and schedule your next one.
