A systemic family therapist with mindfulness, CBT, and neuroscience certifications, multilingual, globally experienced—and culturally sensitive, fostering positive transformations.
Living in different parts of the world has taught me a lot, helping me understand and respect other cultures. I also speak multiple languages, which helps me connect with people better.
I use mindfulness to help people stay focused on the present and feel mentally well. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) guides my work in changing negative thoughts and behaviours, especially in families. I also use insights from neuroscience to understand how the brain works, making my interventions more effective.
Breathwork is part of my practice to create a calm space for emotional well-being. Emotion coaching is another skill I use to help families handle feelings better. With my varied skills, languages, and cultural understanding, I aim to provide family therapy that is personalized, culturally aware, and helpful in facing life's challenges.
My approach centres on cultivating a safe and inclusive space where individuals and families can explore and understand their unique experiences. Mindfulness is foundational, encouraging a focus on the present moment to enhance mental well-being.
I integrate cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to guide individuals and families in reshaping negative thoughts and behaviours and facilitating positive changes. Neuroscience insights deepen my understanding of the brain's influence on behaviour, informing more effective interventions.
Integrating breathwork into sessions adds a calming and grounding dimension to promote emotional well-being. Emotion coaching is an integral component of my approach, providing families with tools to navigate and manage emotions constructively, thereby strengthening interpersonal bonds.
With a diverse skill set, proficiency in multiple languages, and a profound appreciation for various cultures, I aim to deliver personalized and culturally sensitive systemic family therapy. I am dedicated to empowering individuals and families to navigate challenges, foster meaningful connections, and facilitate positive transformations in their lives.
