About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist passionate about supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges, building emotional resilience, and achieving personal growth. My work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Over time, I have developed a strong interest in mental wellness, self-awareness, and helping people cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and personal development. I value meaningful human connection, authenticity, and intentional living, which also influence the way I approach both my work and everyday life. I strive to empower individuals to embrace healing, confidence, and balance while encouraging conversations that promote mental health awareness and emotional well-being.

Through my practice and personal journey, I continue to grow as both a professional and an individual, aiming to make a positive impact in the lives of those I encounter.
