I listen deeply and verify that I understand your story and what it is I can do to help you. I deeply appreciate you sharing your life with me and I do not push any agenda. My clients understand that this is a safe place to talk, anything discussed in therapy is not allowed to be shared with anyone; speaking to me is confidential and completely private. We can talk openly and you can ask me questions, my goal is to help you in any way that you need. If knowing about me is helpful I will share with you, as well.
