Hi, I am an experienced psychologist who enjoys working with clients in an open and non-judgemental environment, while helping them navigate through different life issues. The presentations I mainly work with are depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem/self-confidence, stress, work related issues and couples counselling.
The modalities of treatment are mainly Cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance & commitment therapy, Narrative and Solution focused therapy. I prefer working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing personal life crises, mental health or relationship issues.
Taking the first step towards focusing on ones mental health can sometimes be a daunting task, so I hope to make the therapeutic journey as stress free as possible. It is always rewarding to help clients become the best version of themselves.
