I am currently a graduate Psychology student at Southern New Hampshire University and training in somatic psychotherapy in Lisbon Portugal.
I was born in New York and spent nearly 15 years living in both Austria and Portugal. I speak German, Spanish, and Portuguese. My life abroad has opened my eyes to the differences we experience and has also changed my perspective on my home country, which helped me to better understand and respect cultural differences in my coaching practice.
I have been coaching for several years for a small number of clients with a focus on ADHD. Throughout my life I’ve seen the impact of ADHD not on my family but also on my closest friends. I work to help others like them succeeded in this complicated world. I approach my coaching with empathy and compassion to form a friendship to better help those that I work with.
I teach the differences between individuals with ADHD and neurotypical individuals, teach coping and skills to manage the challenges specific to my client. We work together to implement and improve these in real-life experiences.
