Hi, I’m Ania — a Mind-Body Trauma Therapist and Somatic Healer.
I work with adults of all genders, especially those in midlife, who are ready to heal deep-rooted trauma, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing patterns of disconnection.

I’m a Licensed Somatic Psychotherapist, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner (trained by Dr. Gabor Maté), Certified Hakomi & Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, and lifelong student of ancient healing traditions. I weave together modern, evidence-based trauma therapy with intuitive body wisdom and depth presence.
My approach is somatic, relational, and deeply attuned. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and met for the first time — not just in their minds, but in their whole being.
In our work together, we slow down. We listen to what your body has been holding. We meet the protective parts that have helped you survive. And we gently open space for healing, regulation, and reconnection.
