About me

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate emotional overwhelm, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relational challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in spaces were where we feel safe, heard, and understood - so that's where we begin. I've worked in schools, agencies, and leadership roles supporting clients from all walks of life, including professionals, young adults, and caregivers. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens to my work, and tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a major change, or simply seeking space to reflect, and grow, I offer a thoughtful approach rooted in curiosity, clarity and compassion. You don't have to do it alone.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Trauma Informed CareRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.
If you're new to therapy, you might feel unsure of where to start. That's okay. I'll meet you wherever you are - with no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation that you need to have it all figured out. I bring calm, steady presence to my sessions, and work to create an environment where you can take a deep breath, show up as your full self, and feel supported. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, intuitive, and deeply attentive. I value transparency and emotional safety, and I believe that therapy should feel both grounding and expansive. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. I take time to listen deeply to your story and help uncover what's important to you. This is a space for you. We move at your pace, focus on what matters to you, and work toward changes that feel meaningful, realistic and sustainable. Our work starts with understanding what's bringing you in - what's feeling hard, heavy, or unclear in your life right now. In our first few sessions, I'll ask questions to help us map out what you're experiencing emotionally, mentally, and sometimes physically. From there, we co-create goals, identify patterns of stressors, and begin exploring tools, insights, or perspectives that support your growth. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy. That means I pull from different evidenced-based modalities depending on what's most helpful for you. Whether we're focusing on emotion regulation, building self-trust, or processing deeper experiences, I keep your voice and values at the center of our work. My process is collaborative and responsive. Therapy with me is not about fixing you - it's about understanding you, holding space for your pain, and helping you build the life you want to live.
