About me
I am a clinical psychologist (as per German law) and systemic counselor originally from Berlin, Germany. I have lived most of my adult life abroad and hence experienced many challenges and beauties of discovering new cultures. In the past three years I have worked with clients from different cultures, specialising in relationship dynamics and the broad spectrum of sexuality. Furthermore I am experienced working with clients on the spectrum of neurodiversity. Currently I am living and mostly practising online in the mediterranean island Cyprus.

Approach
My approach focuses first and foremost on a kind and appreciating way of interaction to ensure that my clients with diverse backgrounds and stories feel comfortable to show themselves vulnerable and open up without being judged. While systemic counselling and therapy is known for looking at issues within a system (e.g. a family or relationship), it also employs many methods revolving around finding resources and solutions that I personally like working with. I can accompany you finding solutions you already had inside, adapt narratives to find more kindness for yourself and achieve new levels of self-reflection.
