About me

I am a compassionate and reflective Counseling Psychologist committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. With a deep respect for each individual's unique story, I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and an open mind. I value being an active listener—truly present with clients as they explore past experiences and connect them with current difficulties. I am dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth, continually expanding my knowledge through reading and self-reflection. This commitment helps me remain responsive, informed, and attuned to the evolving needs of those I support. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to offer that connection with honesty, warmth, and care.

I have completed my Bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Cyprus and my Masters' in Counseling Psychology at the University of Nicosia. During my practicum hours, I have worked at Hope for Children, PASYKAF and Community Services.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic and person-centered approach, helping clients explore the deeper emotional roots of their experiences while creating a safe, empathetic space for healing. I also integrate principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in building psychological flexibility and aligning their actions with their values.
