Through my professional and personal experience, I have learned that the feeling of belonging is deeply intertwined with our well-being and self-confidence. Although belonging may seem more related to the external social environment, there is no sense of belonging without self-awareness.
95% of our behavior is unconscious so it takes conscious effort to think about things that come naturally in order to make a change. This is one of the reasons why I'm convinced that self-awareness is the key to making a change and finding a possible solution to our struggles.
During our sessions, with the help of different tools and methods, you will be invited to become more familiar to your way of thinking (consciously and subconsciously), to how you act to solve your problems and the effects of these thoughts and behaviors in your life.
