I got my interest in counselling training after completing three years of personal therapy. I scrutinised my difficult relationships since childhood, lack of internal peace, processed the losses of the loved ones, worked with fears and anxiety. Masters program in counselling has changed my outlook on myself and those around me and helped me become a professional therapist which integrates with my personality. During eight years of practice I never regretted my choice as my life became more meaningful.
I am an integrative therapist working within three modalities: Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT). This allows me to facilitate your exploration and work with your past relationships and how they could have affected your present life and your relational patterns. The techniques from the three modalities are tailored to meet your individual needs.
