I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been working both here and internationally with individuals and families in psychotherapy. I am a mom to two kids and have lived or worked in over 50 countries. My family is multiracial and I am fluent in Spanish. I love to dance, write, travel and work with plant medicine and other spiritual tools.

Approach

I believe in the whole person and focusing on strengths to solve problems. I believe deeply in de-pathologizing and radical acceptance of all parts of ourselves. I believe you are the one healing yourself and making the life you want with my support. I welcome all of you and embrace all the dark and light of your experience. I use somatics and neurobiological aspects of stress and trauma theories in practice via talk, guided imagery, expressive arts, motivational interviewing and a deeply relational way and meet you exactly where you are.
