The first consultation is an introduction; we will get to know each other better, talk about your life, and discuss what is currently on your mind. You may have many questions, and we will definitely clarify where to start and agree on how our meetings will proceed to ensure that we address all your concerns as comfortably and effectively as possible. We will also discuss the necessary number of meetings and our next steps.
Depending on the number of requests for consultations, our meetings can range from 1-2 to an unlimited number. The most important thing is that we have a goal to achieve a positive outcome that satisfies you.
The main part of our sessions will take place in a conversational format. Sometimes I will provide various practices, experiments, and exercises, and I may also assign interesting homework as needed. Everything will be tailored to your individual requests. The recommended frequency of meetings is once a week.
It is normal to feel anxious before our first meeting; I will help you manage those feelings and will definitely support you to ensure you feel comfortable with me.
