I’m a psychologist, crisis counselor, and psychotherapist in training with a psychoanalytic orientation. For the past few years, I’ve been working closely with people going through difficult, often overwhelming periods in their lives: moments of crisis, emotional exhaustion, relationship struggles, or feeling lost and unsure of themselves.
A big part of my work is supporting women and individuals navigating relationships, especially when things feel unclear, emotionally intense, or one-sided. I often work with clients who are questioning where they stand, struggling with anxious patterns, or trying to rebuild their self-worth after painful experiences. My focus is not only on understanding these dynamics, but also on empowering you to feel more confident, grounded, and clear in what you want and deserve. My experience in an international NGO, working with people in crisis and under extreme stress, has shaped the way I show up in sessions — calm, attentive, and grounded. I know how important it is to have a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, where you can be honest about what you feel, even if it’s confusing or difficult. In our work together, I focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply: your emotions, your patterns, the way you relate to others. Whether it’s anxiety, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, or a general feeling that something isn’t right, we explore it together at your pace. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but in meaningful, lasting change that comes from awareness and understanding. I also offer coaching for those who feel ready to move forward more actively. Coaching is more structured and goal-oriented, focusing on clarity, decision-making, and building confidence in real-life situations . I work under supervision and continue my professional training to ensure high-quality, thoughtful support. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and not alone in what you’re going through, because that’s where real change begins.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Whether supporting individuals through crisis, guiding them through personal or professional burnout, or helping them understand themselves on a deeper level, my goal is to create a space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward building a life that feels more authentic, stable, and fulfilling.
