I hold a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Arizona State University. I am a graduate of Coach University, the leading coaching school in the world, with over 200 hours of coach-specific training. I also have a Masters in Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.

Ana has been coaching since 2004 and has a coaching style which is honest, direct and nurturing. She had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients from different cultures and backgrounds using face-to-face and phone/online models for the sessions. Ana has found that being fluent in several languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish and French) and having lived in several countries (Brazil, USA, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Portugal) has been an immense asset when it comes to understanding her clients on a deeper level, building rapport, and enhancing the element of trust in the coach/client relationship. She has worked with professional athletes, C-Suite executives, corporations, independent professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs. She has also given inspirational talks worldwide, including a TEDx talk in Hong Kong.
