I am a clinical psychologist, a full member of the OPP (28711), with a degree in clinical psychology from ISPA, and I believe that each person carries within themselves the capacity for transformation. More than interpreting symptoms, my work is about creating a space for genuine human connection, where feelings can be heard without haste and without judgment. A place to think freely, feel safely, and grow with support.
If you feel that it's time to take care of yourself — with depth and kindness — I’ll be here to walk alongside you, for as long as it takes and in the direction that feels right for you.
Currently, I work with adolescents and adults facing issues such as anxiety, sadness, grief, existential crises, relationships, and other emotionally transitional moments. My approach is rooted in a humanistic perspective, respecting each person's individuality, pace, and truth.
Although my academic background is in psychoanalysis, I also have experience in cognitive-behavioral and systemic approaches.
