I work within the Gestalt therapeutical approach. It is a method of psychotherapy focused on ‘here’ and ‘now’ - on what is relevant for you now. The work concentrates on expanding the awareness of oneself and how one is in relationships with other people. It goes toward gaining more and more freedom from things that block one's growth.
