About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist in Spain and Argentina, currently based in Germany, where I am pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My research focuses on personalization in mental health, exploring how evidence-based interventions can be tailored to the unique and complex realities of each individual. I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I integrate these approaches flexibly, adapting them to each person’s specific needs, history, and context.

I view mental health not as an isolated, individual issue but as a dynamic process shaped by multiple, overlapping factors—personal, social, and environmental. Psychological difficulties often arise from functional patterns that have served a purpose at some point but may no longer be helpful in a given context. Rather than seeing these patterns as mere dysfunctions, my approach involves examining their origins, understanding their role, and working collaboratively to adjust them in a way that aligns with the client’s goals and values.

My practice is deeply rooted in an integrative perspective, recognizing the interaction between cognition, emotions, behaviors, and the broader social and environmental landscape. I work in English, Spanish, and German, helping clients navigate their challenges through a personalized, evidence-based, and context-sensitive approach.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
MindfulnessMindfulness is the process of maintaining a purposeful moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surrounding environment.

I believe therapy should be personalized and adaptable to the unique needs of each individual. Drawing from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor interventions to fit each client’s context and goals.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with clients to explore the underlying patterns that drive their difficulties. I see these patterns as functional processes that may have once been helpful but no longer serve them well. Together, we examine these processes, understand their role, and develop more effective ways to address them.

Taking an integrative approach, I recognize that mental health is shaped by the complex interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and external factors like social context and environment. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, learn, and grow towards meaningful change.
