I am a qualified humanistic counsellor and therapist, and offer, short-term and long-term/open ended one-to-one counselling to adults (18+), in English and German. I specialised in women's mental health and I am a trauma informed practitioner. I further have extensive experience working with students at all degree levels. I value the uniqueness of every individual and provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment. Clients can express themselves freely, can feel understood, reflect on their experiences and recognise their inner resources and strength. You may also feel overwhelmed by emotions like shame and guilt or always feel responsible for things and experience a high sense of duty and obligation and feel stuck in that and don't know how to change or to make sense of your experience.
