I’m a Brazilian psychologist passionate about the complexity of human development and the multiple directions it can take. I am currently completing my studies in Developmental Psychology at the University of Padua (Italy).
Personal growth often means facing challenges, but we don’t have to face them alone. My online sessions offer a welcoming space for people seeking counseling or therapy for emotional, behavioral, cognitive, or motivational challenges, such as relationship problems, anxiety, stress, self-criticism, excessive fears, perfectionism, lack of motivation, procrastination, attentional difficulties, sleep problems, and more. I also support parents seeking guidance on how to manage their children’s difficulties or who need emotional support to face the challenges of parenthood.
It is one of my professional principles to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable expressing themselves. Together, we build meaningful insights and new life choices, always respecting the time needed for change.
I’m looking forward to meeting you!
My sessions are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach that seeks to understand behaviors by exploring the associated thoughts (beliefs) and emotions. It is an individualized and collaborative method, adaptable for different age groups. Recently, I have also been integrating concepts and techniques from Compassion-Focused Therapy, a helpful approach for developing self-compassion and reducing self-criticism. Both are evidence-based therapies, supported by solid scientific research.
I offer a 30-minute initial session, during which we will have the opportunity to meet, discuss your initial concerns and goals, and address any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
