In my work, I use an integrative approach combined with insights from Stoic philosophy to create a fully integrated path to mental wellness. Through this approach, we explore your thought patterns, manage stress, and respond to challenges with greater perspective and calm.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with organizations, clinics, and platforms from seven different countries across Europe, North America, and Africa, which has given me valuable experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside of my therapy work, I serve in advisory and board roles within international mental health associations, reflecting my dedication to diversity, ethics, and global collaboration in psychology. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a certified Professional Neuroplastician®, and part of the United Nations Behavioural Science Group, staying engaged with current research and global developments in mental health.
My academic background includes a BSc in Health Sciences, an MSc in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Metaphysical Psychology, as well as professional development programs at Harvard Medical School focused on mental health and clinical care for autistic adults. I’ve also completed postgraduate education in psychiatry, which helps me understand mental health from a broader perspective.
