I am a mental health counselor working from a psychodynamic and emotion-focused perspective. I support adults experiencing a range of difficulties, helping them develop insight and emotional clarity.
I am French-American, bilingual, with an international background, with a BA in psychology from The American University of Paris and and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow in addition to two years of psychoanalytic training at an institute in Paris. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and foster personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and emotion-focused. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and foster personal growth. I help clients explore inner conflicts and understand past experiences in order to shed light on how they may affect one’s capacity to be in the world and live life more fully.
In our sessions, nothing is off the table. I strive to help my clients feel free to speak openly about their thoughts and feelings — there is no such thing as “it’s not important” here. Together, we can foster a greater understanding of your personality, how past experiences shape present patterns, and develop greater emotional clarity and self-compassion.
