My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and emotion-focused. I help clients explore inner conflicts and understand past experiences in order to shed light on how it affects their capacity to be in the world and live life to the fullest. In our sessions, nothing is off the table. I seek to help my clients feel free and liberated to talk about any thoughts and feelings -- there is no such thing as "it's not important" here. With this we hope to foster a greater understanding of yourself, your personality, and present experience. Through this process, clients often develop greater emotional clarity, self-compassion, and find healthy coping mechanisms.
