I bring a blend of cultures to my work, hailing originally from the UK and spending a significant part of my formative years in France. My journey into therapy began in London, where I trained as a therapist with an initial specialisation in working with adolescents and young adults in educational settings.
I am trained in Integrative and attachment-based Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am especially sensitive to the impact of adverse childhood experiences and how they can leave lasting imprints on our present-day relationships and experience of being in the world.
In addition to my 1-2-1 work, I also run a fortnightly Men's therapy group in Paris. Please contact me for more information.
Inevitably, life confronts us with moments of emotional turbulence. It could be challenges in our relationships, the weight of loss, or a feeling of disconnect from the world around us. If we neglect these parts of ourselves, we risk becoming entangled in layers of fear, hurt, anger and ultimately, an unmet longing.
Working with a qualified therapist can help us navigate and reframe these thoughts, feelings and behaviours while paving the way for a renewed sense of purpose and well-being. This process unfolds in a supportive and inclusive space where our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us are explored through empathy.
At heart, it is about reconnecting with your inner self - your 'wild' self.
