My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by personal experiences and a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, teens, and adults facing many kinds of hardship—including trauma, illness, grief, and life transitions.
My background in hospitals, community organizations, and international settings has given me a broad perspective and helped me support people from many walks of life. I’m especially passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, heal from painful experiences, and feel more confident and empowered in who they are.
In our work together, I’ll bring a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, exploring your identity, or just going through a tough time, I’ll meet you where you are and support you at your pace.
I offer a warm and supportive space where you can feel safe to be yourself. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-sensitive. I respect each person’s story, background, and pace, and believe that healing looks different for everyone.
In our work together, I’ll tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. I draw from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help you connect with your emotions, body, and inner strengths. Whether you’re working through past experiences, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to support meaningful and lasting change.
