About me
I have a degree in Psychology from Panteion University, Athens. I did 6 years of training, supervision and personal therapy at «Antistixi Institute», located in Athens. I am a member of the Association of Greek Psychologists and the Association of Greek Systemic Therapists (elesyth). I am on continuous education, trying to stay up to date in the field of psychology and psychotherapy. I am also under continuous supervision, as a therapist, to improve my insight of the psyche of the people I collaborate with.

Approach
I approach people with a systemic approach, so we can identify the difficulties the person or the system struggles with, and through an existential lens we try to find the fountain, from which people draw strength to overcome those obstacles.
