I'm a psychologist from Poland with a great curiosity for people's stories and a passion for untangling them. I'm interested in a variety of psychological concepts ranging from attachment, narcissism, anxiety, emotional neglect, self-sabotage to people pleasing.
I've lived in different countries, such as England, Belgium, and Lithuania. Two years ago, I moved to the Netherlands. Experiencing the expat life first hand have made me more sensitive to and aware of many cultural challenges. We might travel and change our places of residence, but we'll always carry our inner worlds with us, which might be asking our attention and care especially in uncertain moments of transition. Therapy is a good place to embark on this self-exploratory journey and I'll gladly assist you during our meetings.
In my work, I utilise different therapeutic approaches to tailor them to client's individual needs. I mainly relay on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Moreover, I'm also inspired by existential thought and will eagerly delve with you into more philosophical questions if you like. I believe that therapeutic relationship is a fundamental ingredient for a successful therapeutic process. My purpose is to accompany you in your personal growth by sheding some new light on life experiences and ways of coping with them, respecting your choices and encouraging independence so that you could live a better life.
