About me
My name is Eunice Castro Seixas, I am a licensed psychologist by the Portuguese Order of Psychologists - OPP (professional card no. 3699) with a double specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology and in Social and Organizational Psychology. I have specialized training in Integrated Dynamic Psychotherapy and Person-Centered Psychotherapy and I am certified as a Victim Support Technician (TAV). I have experience in psychological consultation, having worked in educational and health contexts in both state institutions and private practice. I currently work as a clinical and health psychology in several health institutions in Portugal, and also provide online psychological consultations for young people and adults, in both Portuguese and English.

I have specialized training in Integrated Dynamic Psychotherapy and Person-Centered Psychotherapy, and I am certified as a Victim Support Technician (TAV). I work mostly from a Person-Centered approach, although I am also inspired by Psychodynamic, Existential and Systemic Approach. I work with young people and adults struggling with different mental health issues, from self-esteem, life transitions and crisis, difficult relationships, abuse and trauma, anxiety, burnout, depression and grieving.
