I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and currently training in psychotherapy with a focus on Positive Psychotherapy. I believe that everyone sometimes goes through difficult and overwhelming moments, and I am here to offer a safe and supportive space. My passion is to walk alongside people during life’s rocky times, helping to ease the weight they carry and supporting them as they navigate challenges like burnout, family struggles, or the search for personal growth and balance.
My therapeutic approach is grounded on Positive Psychotherapy principles, which focuses on uncovering personal strengths and resources, even during times of difficulty. I believe in creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely share their experiences. I work collaboratively, encouraging clients to explore their challenges while also noticing their inner capacities for resilience and growth. Together, we aim not only to ease present struggles such as burnout or family stress, but also to build long-term skills for balance, meaning, and personal development.
