I have experience in therapy, psychological assessments, and mental health promotion. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, from anxiety to personal development, through both in-person and online consultations. I am dedicated to providing tailored support to each client, fostering personal growth and well-being. Since earning my degree and Master's in Clinical Psychology, I have developed a passion for working with people to help them overcome emotional and psychological challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and providing psychological assessments. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and personal growth.
Outside of my professional life, I’m an animal lover and find great joy in being around them. I also have a passion for traveling, as I love exploring new cultures and perspectives. In my downtime, you can usually find me reading a good book or spending time at the beach, which is my favorite place to relax and recharge.
Through my personal interests and professional experiences, I’ve learned the importance of balance and self-care, something I emphasize in my work with clients as they navigate their own paths toward well-being.
I base my therapeutic approach on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective method for addressing a range of psychological issues. At its core, CBT focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with clients to identify negative thought patterns that may be influencing their emotions and actions, and together, we develop practical strategies to change these patterns. This approach empowers individuals to take control of their mental health by cultivating healthier ways of thinking and responding to challenges.
