I am a psychologist with a master’s degree and experience working both as a school psychologist and as a breastfeeding counsellor. I value creating a safe, supportive connection where clients feel understood and respected. My work is structured yet warm, grounded in clarity, curiosity, and collaboration.
I have completed an introductory training in family therapy, which strengthens my ability to use a systemic, relationship-focused lens in individual counselling. I support clients who experience stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to parenting and family life. My aim is to help individuals better understand their inner world, recognise patterns, and develop practical coping skills for daily life.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly update my knowledge with evidence-based psychological principles. I strive to help clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and navigate their lives with greater confidence and compassion.
I work in an open, non-judgmental way and tailor the process to each client’s needs. My approach combines clarity, emotional insight, and evidence-based psychological principles to support clients in developing resilience, healthier patterns, and a stronger sense of self.
