I graduated from SWPS University in Poznań with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Clinical Psychology of Children and Adolescents. My professional path has led me through various clinical and social support settings – including a psychiatric hospital, where I worked with women experiencing affective disorders, and a foundation for survivors of domestic violence.
Currently, I work with adults in private practice and at a mental health foundation, offering support to those navigating emotional difficulties, relational struggles, and internal distress. I also provide online consultations for Polish-speaking clients living abroad, creating a space where they can reconnect with their emotional needs in their native language.
Outside of work, I find balance through surfing, yoga, and spending time in nature. These moments of connection with the natural world help me stay grounded and bring fresh energy to my work with clients.
In my therapeutic work, I draw primarily from psychodynamic thinking. This means I support clients in exploring the unconscious patterns, emotional dynamics, and early relational experiences that influence how they feel, act, and relate to others today. Together, we aim to uncover the deeper layers beneath current symptoms or struggles, which often leads to more lasting and meaningful change.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can be fully themselves – even in their doubts, fears, or confusion. My role is not to give quick solutions, but to walk alongside each person in their process of discovery and healing. I work under regular supervision and follow the ethical guidelines of the Polish Psychological Association to ensure that the therapeutic relationship remains safe, professional, and supportive.
